Myself
Let me be honest about myself before I discuss my project. I am a high school student soon to be a college student in September in the next year. Computer Science is my passion and I program as a hobby.
First Game
I have created a game before as a test. It is called Cardfight Academy and it is based on the anime Cardfight Vanguard. I programmed the game in two months. I even created a site parser to automatically write the code for each of the cards' information and image on the website for me where all I needed to do afterwords is copy and paste (it saved me about ten thousand lines of manually coding them). Unfortunately, I brought it down in respect to the corporation policies that own the show. Although, it was a good warm up for me.
My Next Game
I am currently at the top of my computer science class and I want to start developing broader games. The original game I have planned to start working on is a fun MMORPG. I plan to be working on this game from January to the next 2 years. What I have now realize is that it requires a good supply of sprites to even get a test run of a game going. This is why I am requesting pixel artists to help out. I will be grateful to compensate the helpers with the money gained from this game, since it's fair. What I am currently doing for this project from now until mid-January is developing an algorithm for every aspect of it. Another thing that I believe you should know, the programming language that I am making this game in is Java.
