Hello,
I'm searching for an Artist for Action Side Scrolling RPG game for Windows, Android and Windows Phone. Maybe some other platforms will be supported to. The game I'm planning is similar to this one:

I wouldn't expect a cheap price to be honest. Kiwi's artwork is very detailed and well shaded (which makes animations harder to make). For a low budget you should search for a low res pixel work, imho.
