Can't PM someone based on their Username Length?

For some reason when I keep trying to reply to someone's PM it keeps cutting off the last letter of their username, and then says they can't be found in the data base. Any help or ideas please?

Never heard of this happenning. Which member? You can PM me or any other Mod if its confidential. PJ has no Pj henadle length but can freak out with foreign characters.
You can try finding them in the gallery and then just using the dropdown menu to PM. The forum also has a direct PM link under their handle.
