For anyone that may be interested in putting their amazing Pixelation talents to work -- full-time, we (2Advanced Studios, LLC. http://www.2advanced.com/ - http://www.2advanced.com/ ) are currently searching for a staff Senior Level Pixel Artist.  Essentially, this would NOT be a freelance position (nor is remote working possible).  If you are not currently located in the United States, we are open to H1 Visa Sponsorship.

Our studio is widely known for work in Flash / Web / Motion Graphics.  We currently have offices in the United States (California) as well as Japan (Tokyo). The work we have lined up currently will involve heavy and constant pixel design, but is not necessarily "game" oriented.  Also, you must be free to travel between both locations from time to time.

We are looking for designers with a lot of versatility.  From simple icons and pixel people all the way through complex isometric cities (scapes).  No knowledge of Flash is required (although it would be considered a plus).

If you are looking for something that will really put your talents to work, please do not hesitate.  Please submit a URL examples of your work (online portfolio / links please), along with your most recent CV.  2Advanced Studios offers extremely competitive salaries, full benefits, and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Submit your resume today!!!   mailto:jobs@2advanced.com - jobs@2advanced.com

Cheers,

2Advanced Studios Team

Damn, this would be great for me.
I inheirited a house up in california.

But sadly I don't have my passport yet so I can't go there untill I get it.
And even then I have no clue what I'd be doing towards paying for food.

So I'm stuck in Canada. :'[

It certainly can...just work hard at it ;)  Last year I got married and bought my first house, just on proceeds from doing pixel art.  This looks like a great job, and it's a salaried position, so anyone out there looking for work should definitely apply.
