My piece "Teacherrrr!" was taken from the gallery today for no apparent reason. Someone voiced their concern about there being over 1000 colors, but I assured them it was probably either a glitch in the system, or a result of paint's magnification tool going wack, creating a mess of colors that are extremely close to the original solid colors. The piece is below, I see no problem with it. I created it myself, looking off of a reference from deviant art. The lineart, shading, coloring etc. was all done from scratch.

Can someone shed some light on the topic?

Your piece was sent after it was closely inspected by a PJer who found some dodging/blurring in the nose area, hair and coat that sent this into over 1000 colors. Its not really the color count tho anything over 100 in a piece like this has to be questioned but any tool usage is always sent back.
It is entirely possible that there has been a file output error on your behalf. That does not excuse it tho. Upload proper file on that page using the 'edit it' link.

That is extremely odd. But alright then, I'll upload the original file without the magnification.

It can be magnified if that's your design choice but please make sure your file output is correct and clean. Remember png24 can and will distort colors and add artifacts. png8 is safer. gif is always safe.

Once you've uploaded the revised version under that 'edit i't link then also check the 'resubmit' link there too. You don't have to submit as new art.

Understood. Thanks for the clarification.
