Hello!

I'm looking for pixel artists that want to draw a few floor tiles and art assets for a social game I'm working on. The game is a browser game which means that you play it directly inside your browser. It's similar to Habbo Hotel or Second Life but on a smaller scale and with a twist to it (which I'm not giving away). The game is isometric and all assets must fit inside the diamond <> grid, and be drawn from all four angles (so that they can be rotated in game).

This is what i need:

- 3 floor tiles. I'm thinking 64x32 px shaped like <> for perspective purpose.
- 3 "sitable" furnitures. For example a stool, a dining room chair and a sofa. But that's just suggestions.
- 3 Tables, for example a dining table, kitchen table, office table.
- 3 Floor lamps.
- Miscellaneous items that the players can't interact with.

It took me several hours just to make this single wooden floor tile, and it's still jagged in the upper left and lower right edges :c gosh I really need help :P

I started out by making a template that tiles perfectly:

(Feel free to use this template for your tiles)

And I added a pattern that was pretty nice:

But when I tile it together the upper left and lower right edges are jagged:

Add one sigle pixel to the lower right tiles of you wall that are connected to your floor. Fixed!

Thanks for your suggestion programgamer! But I was looking for a more general solution. What if I wanted to have lots of different kinds of floor tiles? Wood, capet, stone etc. I don't want to make separate wall tiles for every floor tile just to correct one pixel.

You could also shift everything one pixel right and fill the empty space apropriately?

I made the dark lines light, and the light lines dark, which made it look pretty much right.

This is what I've got so far. Nothing much, but not bad for a few hours work I think. I've finished a state based system with fading between states. A stylesheet loader and animated sprites. I'm not using a library.

I'm still looking for pixel artists! :)
