Im curious if there are any Pixel art (Doesnt have to be intentionally made for pixel art) softwares which suggest color tones? Does anyoen know of any? It would be a great help, Thanks. Illicit Pixel.  |

No, but you can investigate/create color schemes interactively using things like MyPaint's color selector or GPick's color-scheme generator.

Try a tiny web app like http://colorschemedesigner.com/ Or browse some palettes hand-picked by people : http://www.colourlovers.com/palettes/ (This one not specifically made for digital arts) |
