I just would like to say this is beautiful. Continue the AMAZING WORK. You might want to change the ground, the gray, a little bit more to match with the backround.

EDIT: I'm not very good, if you enjoy your portrait the way it is, don't listen to me.I'm not to speak considering I'm new to this forum.

I think a texture of some sort on the back of the tree would help a lot.

I would lower your saturation values of the brown you use for your bark.

Thanks for the tips.

I made a small edit changing the colors to reduce saturation

I did not like it, I'm looking for a new palette ...

I think I actually like the first picture's color theme a lot.

At first glance it reads like blades stuck in ground - not like forest.

Initial color scheme was better. Distant tree trunks should blend into blue sky.
Also distant trees shall look smaller then foreground ones. Therefore the foliage of distant trees shall be lower (currently it looks like distant trees are becoming higher and higher with distance).

Hi!
Looking good underBoss! :) Has a charming feel to it :) What I would suggest is to have some branches coming off the trunks to break up to lines and enhance the feeling of depth to your level artwork.

I've done a quick overdraw to show you what I mean.

All the best!
