I I'm Ironstrom/KuKo Etc of Virtual Static.
This is the second time I'm posting a add for our team on this site I have however been contacting people on the portfolio's section directly which hasn't gone down well for us so far.
The previous time I posted as unpaid/Cut work however its become Paid work since then.
This post explains some of the info necessary from previously.

Since the previous date the game now has functioning Multiplayer-Lighting-Day and Night Cycle with real time shadow's plus a new height transition system along with tile transitions recently demonstrated here.

This is paid work unless your interested in some other deal. On a pay per set(set classifies as a series of sprite's set in a certain theme's like Magical Forest/Or Wind swept tundra) These are normally in batch's of 15-20 different sprite's.

For the self determined you may come up with your own idea's for sprite's rather then us listing what we want.
We'd prefer if you Had Good English speaking skills and enjoy Skyping.

A MBA - (Master of Business Administration) recently joined us and is working on a Buisiness/Fianacial Plan for dealings with investors We're also looking at crowdcube beyond the usual Kickstarter.

There may be a chance to move to the UK at a later date if interested. This is not required however.
