1.Company Info - None. I'm learning Java and need some help with an Android game.
2.Job Info-specs-deadline - No deadline. This is a long-term project for fun.
3.What skills do you expect from the artist (with links to similar examples if any) - I'd like top-down views for a Tower Defense game, and side-views for a cartoony platformer. Other games will be decided together.
4.Paid or not? and salary info - unpaid, but obviously if this turns into a moneymaker, then I'll split everything evenly amongst teammates.
5.Email address - Infinitum3D@hotmail.com
6.Company website - none. This is just a hobby for fun.
7.Previous projects - None. I have a very very very basic proof of concept, but I've literally just started two days ago. I have the very basics of a platformer, with lots of room for improvement. I have NOT yet ported it to Android. That will happen over the next couple weeks.
I've been programming for fun as a hobby for 25 years (started with Basic, Q-Basic, Visual Basic, I even own the Torque 3D Game Engine from garagegames.com, but I'm not a professional programmer) and I find Java very easy to learn.
I'm looking for something fun and cartoon-style for my kids. No blood/gore. No photo-realism.
Again, this is for fun. If you are new to pixel art, and need a project, then let me know. If you are experienced and want to help a new project, let me know. Students welcome. Professionals welcome. Newbies welcome.
Thanks for reading.
