I'm looking for somebody who could help me make a layout for a domain I registered, LikeOuterSpace.com. I want it to be pixel-based and I can't find any pixel artist who would make me a layout or design.

Um. That depends. How much would you expect to be payed, and through what? Because I could only pay through Paypal.
