It's been awhile since I played with pixels and I did some searches here on pixel joint on isometric pixel art and found nothing???
Does anyone have any links to good pixel art iso tutorials? Thanks in advance ------------- www.randomblink.com I am me... no! Really! |

Do http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixels/tutorials.asp?id=2252 - this tutorial on making a cube first.
That tutorial leads into http://www.pixeljoint.com/pixels/tutorials.asp?id=2253 - this isometric building tutorial. It doesn't explicitly say this, but each face of the cube is a different shade of orange to give off a lighting effect. Make sure you do the same thing. I did both of these tutorials as my first ones ever today and ended up with this building.
