i'm Shout!
i specialize in cheery, stylized pixel art for the express purpose of making charming games (as opposed to pixel art for the express purpose of nostalgia) i also know the difference between 'pixel art' and 'art that is composed of pixels', which is apparently an industry premium. what's with that?
