Hey guys.
I'm kinda stuck on the three characters below at the moment. I want to finish these three characters to a good standard to use as reference before I move on to making anymore. So any critique will be very much welcomed.
Barry, the bear
Modena, the fancy pigeon.
Unnamed Owl Dude.

Bear: Looks great. Only critique would be that it isn't anthropomorphized enough, it just looks like a bear standing up. Which could be fine, but you might try changing it up more. Maybe the legs.
Pigeon: I think it is difficult to appreciate the design from this angle. She does look more feminine though.
Owl: I think the bear has better pixeling, but I like the design of this one the best.

I think all of them are great. I don't know if what @Cheetah says about the bear is an issue, since not all the animals are so close to humanoid shapes. Even so, there's little to do, maybe doing less thick the mane and fat on the neck, doing the neck less wide may help, but I like it more I think the way it is.
About pigeon woman and Mr. Owl it may be an inconsistence: one has tail and another not (please, people, avoid easy jokes about it :D) pigeon woman has tail while Mr Owl has not, or has it too long for her antropomorphic rearrangement. Again, it's difficult to say, since I like it very much the way it is.
