Some people may find it borderline as "not finished enough", seeing how there are stray pixels in the black outlines. But a definite reason to not accept it "as is" is the preview, which was a bilinear-filtered rescale. I can't see much of your archer and fighter, but these seem to be a complete different medium (3D pre-rendered), and if it's the case, PixelJoint gallery is not the right site to showcase them. |

Gallery is meant for finished work from my understanding, and the state of this looks unfinished to a point where it more closely resembles oekaki style more than pixel-art style as StoneStephenT said. Somehow there are people who manage to get their unfinished work posted to the gallery, which I don't understand, so maybe unfinished work is allowed.. I don't know. I guess this one just looks to be outside what is considered acceptable. More work on it could make it fit within the bounds I think. |
