i have few questions thou :)
1- what do you think is done bad in this piece ?
2- wich one is better, the black outline or the colored outline ?
3- does it need AA and dithering ?
4- is banding ok in this resolution (128 x 128) ? , its hard to convey information without banding i think ... unless i have wide palette..
5- one last question whats the best way to mimic the GBA style ?

Dithering is uneccesary at this resolution of pixel art^^

*Shhhhh! don't tell people about this its a secret ;)
---

1- what do you think is done bad in this piece ?

*Nothing considering your present skill level and the obvious care shown by all your steps.

2- wich one is better, the black outline or the colored outline ?

*This is an artistic choice and sometimes one is better than the other but both are valid. Colored outlines, to me, always look better.

3- does it need AA and dithering ?

*Technically speaking isometric art never needs AAing because the 26.5 degree angle (iso) is designed for the cleanest possible lines. Some do AA iso tho but this is too small to bother with.
Dithering is usually not needed or even looks good in iso because its a technique to save on colors but in iso usually reads as a texture.

4- is banding ok in this resolution (128 x 128) ? , its hard to convey information without banding i think ... unless i have wide palette..

*Yes, banding is bad but banding is also unavoidable as in this case. Don't worry about that with this piece.

5- one last question whats the best way to mimic the GBA style ?

*Don't quite understand 'style' but you could study GBA games and projects and just see whats been done.

Limes is right about 3--no dithering for the small stuff!

It's good to ask questions, but it's also good to ask yourself questions. Sometimes it's really hard to tell what you feel about your own work. I think if you answered 1 and 2 yourself, we'd be able to help you from there. As for 4 and 5, I can't help that much--I don't do iso much, but as a general rule I'd say avoid banding unless it has to happen. I also don't know how to emulate the GBA "style", mainly because the GBA was sufficiently powerful that it could run most 2D things that you threw at it (within reason). Sorry. :(

However, your work looks good, you followed the tutorial well and this is a great start. Keep it up!

you are right SuperTurnip i should definetly answer 1 and 2 myself ...
but somtimes when you start learning somthing new you don't realy figure out all the rules by yourself ... thats why i asked for help
and since GBA accepts any 2D graphics , then i should specify what GBA game i want to mimic like umm... MegaMan BattleNetwork for example ....
i got your point ;)
and this forum is very encouraging , thank you for the feedback :D
