Hey all! CODAME is an ART+TECH group I run in San Francisco. This Friday July 18th we are doing a workshop where people will be able to load up 32x32 pixel art animations onto some displays being shown by Al Linke. More details here:

We have this thread for only 32x32 pixels of all sorts.
You could ask those if you like some of them.
I would think most would not mind you using them if not for profit and you share the event here in some form for all to see. Maybe a news item or something?

I wouldn't really know but if in your event you use pixels from PJ members and you make video(s) at the event and post on youtube or a project site or whatever highlights of the event and the art used then it would make a great post.
If you had let us know with time we would have run a news item to get PJers to contribute and visit live if nearby. SF has a very active pixel community.
