I wanna make this one pixel art transparent but I DUNNO HOW!!! And even when I check the transparent box it still wont work.

Are you using Giffy? If so, you have to choose the color you want to
have transparent by clicking on the box, then clicking on the image
what color is supposed to be transparent.
