Thanks to anyone who showed interest and best of luck. Hello. I am looking for an artist who is not only good at color choice, but is skilled in base animation as well. The artist for this job will be creating two palettes (one for a white base and one for a brown) and creating about 5 animations (each having 3 to 4 frames). The base is 32x32 in size and is used in a top-down setting.
