I usually lurk forums a bit longer than this 'fore posting, but hey...
So, well, you see... I really needed a good tool for pixel art, and came across this forum here, and hopped over to ProMotion from here. Which was pretty awesome. Just about everything that bugged me about other paint proggies were done just right there. Oh joy. 'course, by now I can't really imagine keeping on living without the thing...
So anyways.... The question.... Well, there's 2 of them really...
1) Thinking of buying the thing, I'll have to figure out if the lite or full version is the better choice for me. Seems most features the lite version is missing are ones I'll hardly use, so saving some money seems to be an option. I've no idea what "only 2 project slots are available" means tho. That is, I've no clue what a project slot is, and I do believe someone put those 2 words together just to see if anyone figured out what they really meant. I doubt it's anything serious, which frightens me, considering I'm usually wrong. So, if anyone'd happen to know what it means, please do say :) (also if there're any other missing features someone thinks noone can live without)
2) Right-clicking doesn't do what I think it'll do. I tend to right-click hoping I'll then paint with the "Current Background Color". Sometimes that's what it does, sometimes it paints in some other color. So, no idea what right-clicking actually does (when using Paint continuous, that is... not that I know any more about any of the other tools, but that's what matters, sorta). Anyone know'n wanna share that info'n I'd be terribly happy, oh yes I would.
...
I'm not too good at not rambling :| ... in short: 1) What do they mean by "only 2 project slots are available"? (and are there any terribly important reasons to buy the full version rather than the lite) 2) What happens when right-clicking (while using the Paint continuous tool)?
Edit: Figured up the 1st thing (was just, as I almost suspected, that you can only have 2 projects opened in the program at once), and the 2nd's no biggie; it usually behaves like I think it will anyways, and I was low on sleep yesterday, so there's a chance I was just messing around with things without realizing it ('course, 'd still appreciate any info folks might have on it).
