Hi guys,

we have recently published Crossyards, a social website for online-created isometric pixel art. The basic concept is that you can post your ideas in the form of yards - squarical areas that are built up of canvases with pixel art drawn onto them. These canvases can be positioned/rotated in 3D on the yards and are displayed using isometric projection. So it's like an isometric social MS Paint on the web :)

The published yards are placed on a global map called the Open Range that provides a compact overview of user generated content:

I'd like to invite you to take a look and try the yard editor. Any feedback is more than welcome!
What do you think? Is it easy to use? Is it easy to understand? Are there any features you would like to use but missing?
Thx :)

Somehow your images as submitted to the gallery are not output as pixelart.
Additionally, you can only submit your own pixelart not those made by others.
For these two reasons your submissions were sent back.

That's okay. I think the problem is that the cropped images of yards I've posted are not genuine pixel art, but isometric transformations of 2D pixel art canvases, so they are somewhat distorted. It is more of a philosophical question whether a yard in Crossyards can be considered pixel art, or not.
