I'm working on a small project, which will have Paperdolling. How is this for a male? Also, any tips on getting good colors on mspaint :P

he's got some huge hips there... dang. apart from the blatant anatomy issues, up the contrast.

She needs bigger hips and both of them have weird positioned arms.. there was a link somewhere around to an anatomy tut on DA, I don't remember where, but look through the tutorial list and see if you can find it, because like Alk said, there are some big anatomy problems

As for colors - that depends on what you're making this for.  Usually in dolls a realistic base would have low saturation and greyish beige, a cartoony one would be more orange/pink.  It's pretty much trial and error until you get what you like. And yes, please up the contrast

Start spreading her body outwards a little higher to give her hips some width.  You may also want to make the shoulders a little more narrow.

How is that? This IS going ot be a game, so the sprites are within 32x64

would you mind looking through the forum first next time?

here's sort of a reference for anatomcal proportions

and lastly:

hulkamania >=D!

on such a small scale you shouldnt try to add teh muscles in the lineart, it'll phuck up. make global shapes of arms and legs by pretending they're tubes. later add detail. it's like clay. big shapes first, detail later

now that I look at it more tough I think the female that you eddited is a little to tall,  girls tend to be a bit shorter no?

well the legs just feel a tad to long to me, but then again im no expert on atonomy (but snader go work on ure school work before edditing again ;))
