Hiya!
So I've been working on this little guy (a troubleshooter from the fantastic pen & paper RPG Paranoia) for a while now and I thought it was time for someone else to have a look at it for a change.

There's definitely something off about him, just can't put my finger on it. Anyway, thanks for the help or whatever in advance!

Update:
Fixed some silliness with the shadows and improved the shading a wee bit. No idea on how to apply a lighter colour on the clothing without it looking like crap, since he looks a bit flat right now.

You hit the nail on the head, the character looks a bit flat at the moment. The side of his body is equal in value to the front, you tried to fix this in the latest edit, but I still feel like it needs more work.   I can't find any references of the character, so I can't really compare it to anything. I do think its fairly solid otherwise.

Update 2 - Electric Boogaloo

Added and tweaked the shading even more. This time it seems to have worked and in the process I found out that my brain just simply refuses to work when given the task of adding a highlights, so I just added another darker colour.
