I made a palette for a 16 color challenge and decided to upload it on PixelJoint. REJECTED
What wasn't done by hand was done by bucket fill (the large blocks of color). Also, the text used for the hex color codes is pixel art, it was placed pixel by pixel and was manually antialiased. 
I hope this was accidental |

A palette on its own does not qualify as pixelart or any kind of art :/ ------------- |
