What the hell is Real Army?

It's isometric tiled-based realtime and turn based strategy. Well the game is not made yet, but with your help can be.

Real army will set new standard of WW2 strategy games. You take control of a one country in time before WW2 is started. U have to run economy, industry, feed people and build your army. U can make any decidions of your ruling, so u can change the path of history.

I'm 21 years old student of computer science at 1st University in Slovenia. I write games with Java and GTGE game engine.

Plan of game is currently writting, but there is lot of thing should be made. Main thing is GFX for this game. So if u r pixelartist or just artist who can do the job, don't hesitate and send me mail to: mailto:matkojebach@hotmail.com - matkojebach@hotmail.com

Real army is open-source project, so u won't be paid for your job.

What u need? Talent, free time & lot of free time :)

I think to make your post more professional looking, get rid of all "u" and "r"s and replace them with "you" and "are".

Oh no!!! Using a 3rd party game engine for programming in Java? AHHH!  lol, but seriously..  Why do that?  You lessen how much control you have over making the game...  I hate GTGE... A real game programmer should create their own game engine from scratch, you know what I'm saying?

Making game engine from scratch is waste of time. And anyway I have low-level Java. It has stupid I/O operations, and even more stupid threading system.

I think GTGE is best game engine for java games. If u don't like it, it's your opinion, I like GTGE. Why I should write games in low-level java if I can write them with high-level engine? Sorry, but I'm not "sado-mazo".
