this is an unpaid position
Im part of BlueStar Development and Im the lead programmer on the game Myriad. It is a Multiplayer space game that offers different game modes, each with team and free for all environments. Here are some current Screenshots:

Im not much of an artist, and all beside the menu is my handywork. The game needs a more elaborate Star System for the background.  Right now the background consists of white stars that blink. Im hoping someone could create an animated Star System for the background, how many frames is at the artists total discretion but it would have to be 1024 x 768. As well as that, you could have asteroid animations, other space crafts, supernovas, or anything else you feel could add to the decor. If you are into space type artwork or are interested in giving this a shot, message me over Pixel Joint, Aim me at BlueStarDev, or email me at BlueStarDevelopment@gmail.com
As an artist you would get to test the game before it is released to see your own artwork in action, as well as contribute new ideas.

Hmm, interesting, didnt know you would follow me onto here,   jk.  But the whole star system image shouldn't have to be 1024x768, it would be tiled images of say 360x240, or something that tiles evenly on regular screen resolutions.
