SEARCHING AGAIN PIXEL ARTIST FOR GAME. OLD ARTIST RETIRED
Hello for all,
I am Heikki from Finland.
I am pro business software programmer (about 8 years) in my daily work and hobby game programmer at free time.
I have made pretty bunch of different games earlier (Most of the just coded alone and used free graphics)
Upcoming game is:
* OPEN WORLD
* TURN BASED
* TILE BASED
* ROGUE LIKE
* PIRATE THEME.
I really love graphics like in these games:
* Crypt of the NecroDancer
* Broforce
* Terraria
* Starbound
* Pixel piracy
So I would love to see something like those :).
Because this is hobby project it I cannot afford big $:s. Something like 1-3$ per tile. Like simple tiles are around 1$ and harder ones 2-3$ per. Tiles are 32x32 pixels.
I can also offer profit sharing. If this project become enough succesful I put it on Kickstarter or Steam Greenlight. (And then every profit sharing participator get own share)
I can also offer combination of paying and profit sharing if you want. (Lower $ per tile but profit sharing)
There is also no death lines in this project.
I will work about hour or two every evening for project.
Here is list (Just some points) what engine have this far:
* Day and night cycle with lights
* Lights are affected by colliders -> shadow casting
* Maps are fully destructable. Like explosions can blow walls etc. Or player can mine dungeon walls.
* Player can create house and ship tile by tile.
* Engine creates random maps, and can handle even over million tile maps
* Main target is PC. But I have Android / IOS on my mind
* World ranking high score table
* Crafting, Mining, Fishing etc.
* Multi character party
* AI and pathfinding

Hi, I'm interested in getting more experience with pixel art, I've been spriting for years, but I've never taken it seriously until now, so if you want to test me, just give me your email (or whatever you'd prefer to use to contact each other) and tell me what you want me to sprite to give you a sample of what I can do(or you could look at what's availible in my gallery)

Hey, this idea sounds so awesome!
I can be the artist to complete the art team! I'm really inspired and would work on it whenever I have time, so maybe around a couple hours a day :)
I'm guessing you're going for the sprites, I can also bring ideas for level designs and story, and even make an OST! I make music and could probably even do some sound design! :D
This is really exciting, and I will prove my worth by committing to this project :)
