What's up with the watermarking?
(Not much of a WIP with watermarks)

Follows a style, which is good.. Alright sizes, nice shading.

You really don't need the watermark for a WIP, or in a forum where everyone (almost) makes their own art.

You will get loads of help here, some uberly awesome artists also.

Even though i never post ive still hovered around pixel joint for a long time ^_^

Also, may i ask if the grey parts are supposed to be metal or what surface they are supposed to be. They do come across a bit simple but rather nice at the same time.

The stools' connection piece between seat and base is too thick. Also, the watermark is completely unneccessary; you may not know how we treat rippers, but it isn't a kind "I don't think that's yours."

EDIT: Larwick you perfectionist.  Roll Eyes

Watermarking just seems odd for pixel pieces, IMO because pixel art concentrates a lot on small color pallates and attention to detail. Watermarking increases the amount of colors used and may block out or hinder on some details.

Seems more appropriate on photographs or digital paintings where pieces would not only be larger but also tiny details aren't so stressed upon.

Aside from that, you've got some good pieces so far. Nice smooth lines. But you need some highlights or, if you have highlights, more contrast in the pallate. And some more details (e.g. texture of the chairs, is it fabric or plastic?) and overall more dynamic shading.

Awesome work so far. I'm interested to see if this is going to be part of a large scene, or are you just looking to make individual pieces or a set.

EDIT: P.S. PixelJoint is a respectable community. I don't think you'll have problems with people taking or ripping your work. And if we do catch a rip or we hear a rip has been made, we pretty much investigate and call it out if there is one. We definately look out for fellow artists, regardless of their skill level.

The shapes are nice and all the pieces work well together. I think you need more contrast and highlighting to give it some personality, its a bit flat in coloring now.
The table and bigger chest? appear to have apdded tops, I would not make the corners round on the items, and change the hue just a little bit. Red fabric and red table tops  would never have the same shade  of color  when using diffrent materials.
Adding lots of shine to the grey areas will add personality too.

As for the watermarking. I understand their use, however, its a little insulting here because we are always looking for rips and cheaters of any kind. You are new so forgiven.

1 - watermarks are allways bad for art. if you want to let people know it's yours, put a signature below it, or sowewhere where it doesnt disturb the composition. if you are doing it because of ripping: if people want to rip it, they still can. but usually people only rip exceptional art, which is easily recognized as a rip.

what diretion are you taking the furniture in? because right now its bland, and it looks a bit like a concrete thing with a red plastic thing.
