It's hard to give feedback on the anatomy because it's very stylised. The leg positions look a bit odd - not necessarily wrong, but the pose looks unnatural. Why is she standing with her knees bent and outward?

The skirt part seems to be viewed from slightly above (the bottom is noticeably curved), while the rest of the sprite looks like we're seeing the character from the front. This makes it look like the skirt has an unusual shape. The dress overall feels very unfinished, the skirt needs folds and should cast shadows, and the upper body looks very nondescript.

I'd be curious to see a fighting game in this style. It's unusual, but I see no reason why it wouldn't work!

I really like what you have created thus far! To parrot Eishiya, I am also very curious to see this style within a fighting game! There are, however, a few areas that could be improved on such as color choices and shading.

Your character displays fourteen colors with little to no contrast and shift in hue. In short, you have several color choices that the untrained human eye just cannot read well or at all. Thus, I've removed a large majority of your palette as well as darkened and applied a larger range in hue.

As for the light source, your shading seems to literally hug the left side of the character, resulting in some rather large bands. Your shadows should sculpt out the form of your character rather than emphasize the outer frame. There are many ways you could go about doing this, so don't be afraid to push your shapes!

ofbovasso let me tell you i loved your edit when i looked at it, it was basic to fricken flawless. but it took some suggestions and used your hair colors but that's it. i did disagree with you for some shading but over all i love it how it turned out thank you for your adive. i'll work on the legs next.

The skirt is quite poofy, so I would expect there to be more shadow on the feet. Think about where your light is coming from, that'll make it easier to decide where the shadows should be.

I fixed the shading know if everything is good i'll go on to animation.

The next one I need to revise defiantly to fit the proportions of the first one. But for know how do you guys feel on his pose and his hair.

The animation looks nice and smooth, but the motion depicted doesn't make any sense to me. Why is the skirt changing length? Are her legs magically shortening (they don't appear to be bending/moving)?

I guess I need to make it clear that she is bending her knees. I will update with the new fighter and with better knee posture. :) by the way she could be doing a Marilyn Monroe impression under a man hole. :P

Her skirt wouldn't show her knee movement. Instead, you can move/rotate her feet a little. Even if the movement doesn't show how exactly the legs are moving, it'll read as "her legs are moving in a way that lowers her torso".

The changing skirt is the bigger issue though. Where is all that extra fabric going? When the skirt is longer, it would probably have a thinner shape overall. Alternatively, perhaps it gets a little folded when it's shorter, depending on the structure of it. The highlight on it should definitely move and change shape in either case.

Well, I like the way this guy is dancing (think he should move his hands a little), but the way the girl moves makes me think less of Marilyn Monroe, and more of Michael Jackson's lean.
