There's no automatic way to do it well, if that's what you're asking. In addition, its symmetry is about a half-pixel rather than a full pixel, so it can't have a pixel-perfect rotation equivalent, the rotated version would have to be a half a pixel wider or narrower.

Here is my interpretation, done in ~2 minutes, just to show you how easy it is to redraw it, since all of the lines are in increments of 45 degrees in the original:

I think it might work better to make it a pixel wider, that'll allow for the overlaps to be closer to how the original looks. I'll leave that up to you - do your own pixel art xP

I just approached the pixel art and I know good techniques.
How should I edit my original sprite to later create a "perfect rotation"?

Thanks again for the answers!

Not a Pyxel Edit user so I can't help.
As already posted this is very easy to just remake so don't be lazy.
Matter of fact, why not make a 360 rotation animation

Agreeing that it's easy and quick enough to draw not to need mechanical rotation.

But if you're dead set on rotation tools, GrafX2 has fixed-angle and free- angle rotation. But it will look bad at first, you'll have to polish it it afterwards.

Come on, just draw it again, one of the things pixel art is about is doing stuff yourself instead of having a machine doing them for you.
