Hello, I'm a programmer and I've always wanted to make a game but my one dilemma was that I knew nothing about art. These past couple of weeks I had the time to sit down and work on pixel art. So after two weeks this is what I have come up with so far. I am looking for c&c's and if you know of anywhere I can learn more about how to pixel art better please let me know! Be as harsh as you need to be!

| Not bad for a beginner, but you can't really tell that this is a human sprite without zooming in. Your shading colors don't stand out enough. Try changing the hue and making them darker. Read into the color theory a little bit. By making the dark blue more turquoise and the yellow more orange, it will stand out more and be more visually appealing. |

Mainly a color edit: Reduced colors to 8. Increased the contrast within color ramps. Goal was to increase readability. But, I agree with TEETH, not bad for a beginner. ------------- |
