Hi ! I'm relatively new here and I don't think it's a mistake, maybe there is a rule I'm not aware of, but I would like to know why this PA can't be approved :

Is there a link between the non-approval and the language used in the comments of the image ? Well if that's the case, in my own defense I was speaking French only because Graindolium was speaking French, it's my native language and I wasn't sure he could understand English.

The language has nothing to do with it. More likely, it's because there's a difference in quality between different panels, which suggests that you used reference for some but not others, and didn't credit the reference.

I don't really notice the difference in quality between the different panels, I tried to make a coherent and equal comic strip by adjusting details and elements in all the page while working on a panel, but apparently I failed ^^ And I'd like to know where exactly we can see a difference. Actually, the only reference I used was for the wheel cover, and I didn't have to credit anyone because it was from the observation of a real object.

The wheel cover, tablet, and the smoke/bubble effects have a much better sense of volume and light than the faces do. In addition, the face in the 5th panel has lighting and anatomy that look more realistic than in the other panels, and the facial anatomy is just overall inconsistent from panel to panel. All these inconsistencies can be signs that you just know some things better than others, but most often inconsistencies are signs that the artist used reference for some things but not others.
When you don't use ref, or use real life as ref, it's not a bad idea to say so, just to avoid these issues on sites like PJ where reference must be credited.
