Hey everyone,
My name is Pete--I'm the maker of a mobile game called Satellina, as well as the cocreator of a NES-style adaptation of The Great Gatsby that http://www.wsj.com/articles/SB10001424127887324744104578472733605313820 - got some attention a few years ago.
I have a really neat mobile adventure started--kind of an attempt to do a big colorful platform adventure on phones/tablets without using janky virtual-button controls. I've been doing my own roughly-SNES-style pixel art, and I think it looks decent for what it is, but I know there are people who could do much better. Here are http://bit.ly/1PeTDQW - a few screens . If you think you could match this style (and ideally make it better--more varied, more rich, more consistent, more character-ful), I'd love to see your work.
I can offer a pretty generous split of revenue; I'm open to just pay if necessary, but I'd prefer a rev-share because I'd really love to have a partner in this one, not just an employee/contractor. I think the game is going to be really cool, and I'd love to work with someone who'd get excited about it with me. Glad to discuss financial stuff (or any other aspect of this) in more detail if anyone's interested.
Please send portfolios to pete at moonkidgames dot com. If you're curious, you can check out my other games http://petermalamudsmith.weebly.com/games.html - here .
Thanks!
Pete
