I'd say get rid of the jagged edges such as the area around the A and B buttons, and fix up the bottom. Either dither to make it smooth or just make the shade lighter. And ummm...I think the gameboy is too wide for its size.

It looks short and fat and jaggy. I don't have my old GB anymore so I can't say for sure if it's accurate; but some of the button placement seems off. also the darkness of the lower-right seems abit meh. the curvy darkness line on the bottom-right seems totally out of place. the darkest black on the d-pad is barely visible, even at 4x view. googleimagesearch a gameboy for reference, it could help alot.

It seems too fat to me as well. Also, I'd clean up the jagged lines and the shading on the bottom.
