We're looking for an artist, exclusively in very old pixel art style and without previous experience (to not be burned off/too tired).
"Men wanted for hazardous journey. Low wages, bitter cold, long hours of
complete darkness. Safe return doubtful. Honour and recognition in event
of success"
+ Note: where it puts Low wages in the original Shackleton Ad, in our case it should be put Null wages
Project is a nice remake 35 years after.
Well, there is a true intention to publish it in a medium term.
The music is even ready! so this is not vaporware. Estimated release this fall. Releasing for PC, later Android, but in Commodore 64 / MSX / ZX Spectrum style.

Please put [UNPAID] in the topic title if you're not offering payment. It's in the rules.
You should describe the sort of game this will be and what sorts of assets you'll need, as well as how much work you expect it to be. The current version of your post doesn't offer any information about the work other than the general art style you want, and that it's unpaid.
It might also help to specify whether you're looking for art that conforms to some specific tech limitations, or just art that evokes the style.

I get that you're trying to be funny... but implying that artists with experience are "burned out" is a bit insulting... best practice to not insult who you're trying to recruit
