I noticed http://pixeljoint.com/pixelart/12004.htm - this gem come up in the Hall of Fame and saw that it had an entry for "Frames" which I have never seen before. The post turns eleven years old next month, though, and I am wondering if maybe the entry is just an optional feature phased out in some (relatively) ancient site design tweak.
Or maybe there is some secret details pane? Entering a negative number of colours, perhaps?
I would love to know! :D Thanks!

UPDATE: So Hapiel confirmed that entering a negative number for colour count gives that number (times -1) as a frame count. I guess that was a pretty good guess! :y

Yes, you guessed it right, entering a negative number of colours does the trick!
No, I wish. I believe the framecount was taken from the gif automatically. I don't know why this feature phased out, but it has been out for a looooooong time.

Strange how I would be clever enough to guess that but not smart enough to actually try it before asking... -_-;
