Hello, I would like to commission a couple of animation frames for a character sprite, here's the bullet points for the job
- Each frame should fit in a canvas of 32 x 32 pixels (Per frame)
- A color palette with a maximum of 4 colors (NES style)
- A character concept will be provided to the artist
- The payment rate MUST be PER FRAME
- The payment will be PAYPAL Only

I've been providing art for the retro-inspired card game series Boss Monster for five years, and have quite a lot of experience working within NES restrictions. Do you have an email address where I can send a portfolio and properly apply?
