Hello,
I am developing a cooperative boardgame (analog, not digital) for 1-2 players, where you play as an aztec eaglewarrior and/or jaguarwarrior that must survive in a world that gets more and more overwhelmed by spanish conquerors, creatures and godlike figures.
I decided to make the aesthetics in the style of a 2d platformer, because the game-mechanics and -format have similarities with that genre and thus would fit well.
For now it has to be considered as an unpaid freetime-project, but it is quite possible, that it develops into something, that could be published at some time. Though that shouldnt be the main reason to do that.
What sizes are to be expected:
- various enemies in the size of aprox. 140*180 px.
- a few bosses of about 800*550 px. or similar.
- various tokens of about 70*70 px.
- a background of about 150*100 px.
- other aztec themed ornaments and designes
For anyone interested in working together on such a project, contact me for furher informations and tile-templates.
Thanks for reading, and sorry for my clumsy english.

Hey Jakob! Those dimensions are all pretty large for pixel art, and would take quite a bit of work, unless you are looking for an incredibly stylized kind of look (in this case maybe you could link to some examples to give people an idea of what you are looking for.) I'm particularly worried about the 800 x 500 px bosses.
Is there any pixel piece in particular that you were looking at to arrive at those dimensions?
