I would just like to ask why my doll hasn't been accepted but others have that have used bases
 
just as an example:

I think Setzer's comment on your piece pretty much summed it up:

It's not necessarily because of the fact that you used a base, but because of the quality of the things you did yourself. The hair and background ground are way too sketchy to have been placed pixel by pixel.
