hey i just started a randomn pixel and ended up making this. Anyway to improve it would help By The Way its meant to be one of Santa's Elves :P

The hat looks way mishapen, and there's not enough buldge for pockets to suit the hands. Nice colours though.

You've also got some pillow shading going on... I'd suggest you pick an actual light source and stick to that.
