Hi, I'm new to pixel joint, i was working in my photoshop but every color i pick is either black gray whites. Or something along that line. Does someone know if i accidently clicked and option, or a way to fix it? thanks!

You probably have Grayscale on.  Try going to Image > Mode > RGB.

PS: Photoshop is pretty advanced when starting out doing pixelart, it tends to be very confusing to work with.  For that reason, it would probly be easier to user MS Paint.  Really light-weight paint program that is perfect for pixel art; infact most user on these forums use it.

Don't listen to Demon(     ) Photoshop RULES!
When you first choose Command-N/New doc, there is a checkbox that is by default Greyscale. Choose RGB AND transparent and you'll never have that ptoblem again. Remember that for pixelart you only need very few options of the gazillion supplied by Photoshop. If you are new to it, don't sweat it. Use the pencil tool for the art. Use leayers to save time. Use "save for web" for exporting small files and retain transparencies. Don't forget ImageReady for animations. Good lick!

i use photoshop cs2, you can do animations right in photoshop, no need to switch back and forth
