I'm the founder and project lead of Igloosoft, a company developing a game called Outworlder (https://www.playoutworlder.com/). My previous credits include Starbound, RimWorld and Gnomoria (the latter of which I was actually hired for via PixelJoint). Outworlder aims to combine elements from all three and provide the next step for what 2D sandboxes can do.
Outworlder is deep in development and is projected to release around October. 
We are looking for a Senior Artist who can take the initiative with refining the current style we have and work with our existing artists to achieve that. The applicant ideally should be experienced, particularly in animation and defining graphical systems and formats that other artists will be able to work with. Ideally we are looking for someone US-based for timezone and payroll reasons, as well as to keep options open down the line for possibly becoming a salaried member of the company itself. The position is paid via rev share, however we're offering a competitive rate for reasonable hours and commitment. Update: We've recently signed with a publisher, which means this job can now offer upfront payment as well as royalties.
