Hello! I got a revision for this Slenderman piece http://pixeljoint.com/pixelart/135634.htm - here and I'm guessing the issue is because of the static/rain effect overlapping Slenderman? That was kinda the effect I was going for, though... should I remove it from the top and leave it as BG?

Hi Sazdx, the effect looks cool and fits the artwork very well, but it sadly does make it unfit for the PJ gallery.
Also just as a background I think the uncontrolled noise disqualifies it from the gallery. I'm sorry about that!

Hm... I'd think the context would make it fit =/... ah well...

I suppose I could remove it altogether and put Slendy alone. that's too bad XD.
