Hey there!
I'm creating a lists of pixel artsists twitter accounts with different speacking languages. And trying to help community by attracting more attention to it and to help to know each other. Initially, I made a list of only Russian-speaking artists. Then active participants from France, Germany, Japan, Spain and Brazil joined in. And so far we have managed to create a relatively impressive list of 500 people.
The list is updated every day and pulls data on the number of followers and the number of tweets from the Twitter API. Therefore, there is an ability to see the dynamics, who is interested. This year I no longer plan to update it or somehow improve it. But in the next one I will probably add a few more features, possibly other languages. Now I have stumbled into the limits of the free number of API calls to Twitter. 500 requests every 15 minutes. I do all this on pure enthusiasm, so it may not look pretty and rude, but I try to devote the rest of my time to it. I hope that this will help some of them get more attention, gain a new audience and possibly commissioned orders. Added English speaking artists list - https://aleha84.github.io/pacommunity/lists/en/ - https://aleha84.github.io/pacommunity/lists/en/ There are 7 main language groups: https://aleha84.github.io/pacommunity/lists/br/ - BR , https://aleha84.github.io/pacommunity/lists/de/ - DE , https://aleha84.github.io/pacommunity/lists/en/ - EN , https://aleha84.github.io/pacommunity/lists/es/ - ES , https://aleha84.github.io/pacommunity/lists/fr/ - FR , https://aleha84.github.io/pacommunity/lists/jp/ - JP , https://aleha84.github.io/pacommunity/lists/ru/ - RU with more than 800 artists in total and growing ( https://aleha84.github.io/pacommunity/lists/ - common list ) Added some trends calculation to visualise followers count growth. It has become more convenient to watch who has an explosive growth in subscribers, therefore, who has published something new and interesting 
Next plans to update is to add other languages groups there is lesser than 50 artists in each. There are plenty of them. But not all artists want to indicate where they are from and prefer to be added on the EN list, which becomes catchall group. As before, the goal of this list is to draw more attention to the pixel art community. Attentions of both ordinary users who like this style and professional game developers or art directors. Hi Maye. I was thinking of doing something like this, but more so for like protection/recognition of original work. I am sick and tired of all the Tumblr and Livejournal pages with "found" pixel art with the intent of it being redistributed/re-used. With statements like "if you want this removed, please let me know." (Well how about you make an effort to find the original artists before you consider the art" public domain"/"abandoned"?) Can we work together?
