So far I've just been making my own art and/or using free art from opengameart.org, but I would love to work with a pixel artist to bring the games to the next level.
I anticipate also having a composer/sound designer on the team eventually, since I've also been doing my own sounds/using free sounds found online. And I think I will also eventually look for another programmer to split up the workload and help things move faster. I think any and all profits from the games should be split evenly between the contributors. I think for now the team size will be 2 - 4 people, but might increase on future games.
