I hear that there are few interested in unpaid threads, but I felt this was worth a shot...
I am heading up a small development team to make a horror-point-and-click game using the AGS adventure game engine. I already have a scripter and a music composer - I lack two essential staff members:
*Background Artist
*Character Artist/Animator
Here's the basic premise:
HALLOW'S END by Mark Odell
'Michael Sandon, griefstricken after the death of his wife and
daughter in a car crash, is told to take a break. He hopes a short
holiday in the town of Hallow's End will ease his pain and his constant
insomnia. Yet, Hallow's End hides a disturbing secret. As Mike uncovers
the horrifying truth of Hallow's End, he finds himself pursued by the
Laughing Boy, a murderous and twisted creature intent on finding him
and exacting eternal agony and pain on his body and soul. Mike meets
Katherine Keider, also newly arrived, similarly traumatised by the
suicide of her husband several months ago but pregnant with a
child...of whom the father is unknown. They soon find themselves lost
in a world of torment, a world where your nightmares become reality,
where your soul is tortured beyond pain and where the innocent are
punished forever.
Everyone goes to Hallow's End eventually.'
