We at Bullfrogames are currently seeking a pixel artist for a mmorpg that is in construction as we speak. Currently the website is under major reconstruction and we need some pixel artists to start the graphic parts of the game.

Project Info:
Its a free anime styled mmorpg with a realtime battle engine and spell engine. Made for fans by fans.

What do I need to do?
(*Important: Must be able to make anime styled sprites and graphics*)
We need you to be able to make character sets of characters walking left right up and down and all of those positions attacking.
To make animations for attacks and spells
Be able to make tilesets
Be able to make Icons

How much do I get payed?
Character sets: $10 each Icons: $5 each
Attack and Spell Animations: $5 each
Tilesets: $20 each
more will be discussed later on....

dude, an icon takes less than 5 miniutes to complete, how much would you expect for a 32x32 piece of work? -------------

The everpresent problem with people is they count an artistic job by pixel size.
Jesus.
You think pixel art is like you just go thru every pixel color it at once and voila you have the result?
It has as much trial and error as any art and believe me the small canvas doesn't make it easier it only make it worse for the artist with the restrictions.
But well yeah. A crappy icon will take 5 minutes. for sure.
So if you're offering cheap money that's wht you'll eventually get. A cheap rushed piece of work.

You can't just sign-up for everything you see and expect to get the job.
You haven't shown any of your works to the employers as well as all the work I have seen are IMO still much WIPs. -------------
