I am looking for someone who can do graphics just like above and I will pay them highly. If you think you have the skills PM me and also please post an example of your "spirte" in that format so I can look at. If you think you can do better I will pay you more

So how exactly is the pay going to work?
I mean do we tell you how long it took, and then you pay us 5 dollars per each hour?

Oh.  Wow.  $5/hr constitutes "highly paid" now?  Okay....I usually charge between $20-$30/hr, so I guess we have different definitions.  I could make twice that at Wal-Mart.  I suppose that means they must pay exorbitant amounts, then :P
