We have a free website with decent traffic, http://www.totallyfreecursors.com - www.totallyfreecursors.com . If you make and submit an (non)animated gif (32x32), we'll be happy to convert it into a cursor. You get to keep the copyright, of course, you would just be granting us non-exclusive use. We want to give you credit for your creations. Right on your cursor's page, we'll happily provide additional details...
