did you make the lines yourself too? if so, the anatomy is quite the improvement over the pink ryu
however it is very pillowshaded, and segmented, musclewise

the head could be a tad bigger too

You're definitly improving.
I like the sort of dirty skin coloured palette.. goes well with the idea of a smoker.. slightly dark and mysterious.

Hi Vic,

Besides the aforementioned pillowshading, the arms are a bit strange. The right bicep at that semi-relaxed position should stretch fairly close to the joint, and should feel more "attached" to the arm.
Sorry for the non-technical aspects of that speech ^_^.
Muscle definition is good, but try not to overdo it. Use less contrast where the volumetrics suggest more shallow indentations, such as the abs, where that darkest color should be used sparingly, or not at all. Perhaps, when you finish the other arm, do it in a darker shade, so it'd suggests that it's farther back into the background. Or something to that effect.
Again, somewhat non-technical. I'm not an anatomy person. :)
I must say I like the pants. The folds are very natural, and... yeah. Use more contrast and polish it a bit more, and it'd be great.

Yeah. Sorry I'm not exactly familiar with you, so I don't exactly know the extent of your progression, but I do wish you luck in your future pixel endeavors.
